Project Manager, Large Scale Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• The Project Manager holds the operational responsibility for the success of projects assigned throughout the United States.

• The goal is to ensure uniform, cost-effective, quality-compliant, timely, and low-risk execution of projects.

• Responsible for achieving project objectives and delivering agreed-upon results within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

• Utilization of project management methodologies and processes in accordance with the Doka project management standards.

• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with clients, job site personnel, and internal teams.

• Facilitates the creation of project agreements within the project team.

• Prepares project calculations using DokaCalc for customer projects.

• Selects project team members in collaboration with line managers.

• Manages project communication, information dissemination, and marketing activities.

• Produces status reports and organizes controlling meetings as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (civil or structural), construction management, or project management is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Doka and/or in project management is preferred.

• Capable of scheduling projects to meet established deadlines.

• Possesses excellent technical knowledge with experience in project management.

• Familiar with project management software and computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills, including a proficient command of English (speaking, reading, writing).

• Demonstrates qualitative abilities, including strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills.

• Eager and willing to learn new products, concepts, and techniques.

• An organized team player with strong leadership capabilities and exceptional time management skills.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• General understanding of U.S. regulations, as well as local and national codes, legislation, and trends affecting the formwork industry.
