This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
β’ Oversee the delivery of project and programme management
β’ Address issues and enhance team capabilities
β’ Serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor regarding ICON services, including daily study management
β’ Participate in and represent ICON during Sponsor meetings
β’ Manage 10β15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice
β’ Communicate study updates to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner
β’ Provide Sponsors with regular management reports
β’ Offer ICOLAB support to Sponsor personnel
β’ Design and analyze clinical trials, interpret intricate medical data, and contribute to innovative therapies and treatments
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare
β’ Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company at Sponsor meetings
β’ Ability to handle multiple studies at once while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to effectively manage study documentation and timelines
β’ Employment with ICON is dependent on possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located
