Project Manager, Laboratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management

• Address issues and enhance team capabilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor regarding ICON services, including daily study management

• Participate in and represent ICON during Sponsor meetings

• Manage 10–15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice

• Communicate study updates to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner

• Provide Sponsors with regular management reports

• Offer ICOLAB support to Sponsor personnel

• Design and analyze clinical trials, interpret intricate medical data, and contribute to innovative therapies and treatments

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare

• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company at Sponsor meetings

• Ability to handle multiple studies at once while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to effectively manage study documentation and timelines

• Employment with ICON is dependent on possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located
