Project Manager, Laboratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Ensure client satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for the Sponsor regarding ICON services and daily study management.

• Participate in and represent ICON at Sponsor meetings.

• Manage 10-15 studies in alignment with Good Clinical Practice.

• Update Sponsors on study progress in a professional and responsible manner.

• Deliver regular management reports to Sponsors.

• Offer ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare.

• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of representing the company at sponsor meetings.

• Proficient in managing multiple studies simultaneously while adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to effectively handle study documentation and timelines.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
