This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Oversee the delivery of project and programme management.
β’ Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.
β’ Ensure client satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for the Sponsor regarding ICON services and daily study management.
β’ Participate in and represent ICON at Sponsor meetings.
β’ Manage 10-15 studies in alignment with Good Clinical Practice.
β’ Update Sponsors on study progress in a professional and responsible manner.
β’ Deliver regular management reports to Sponsors.
β’ Offer ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare.
β’ Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of representing the company at sponsor meetings.
β’ Proficient in managing multiple studies simultaneously while adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.
β’ Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to effectively handle study documentation and timelines.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
