Project Manager – Laboratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the execution of project and programme management tasks.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Guarantee client satisfaction as the primary contact for ICON services and oversee daily study management.

• Participate in and represent ICON during Sponsor meetings.

• Oversee 10-15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice.

• Relay study progress to Sponsors and furnish regular management reports.

• Offer ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.

• Design and evaluate clinical trials, analyze intricate medical data, and contribute to pioneering treatments and therapies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare.

• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of representing the company at sponsor meetings.

• Capacity to manage multiple studies simultaneously while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to efficiently handle study documentation and timelines.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
