Project Manager, Laboratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sponsor regarding all ICON services, which includes the daily management of studies.

• Attend and represent ICON during Sponsor meetings.

• Manage between 10 to 15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice.

• Provide updates on study progress to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner.

• Deliver regular management reports to Sponsors.

• Offer ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as life sciences or healthcare.

• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company in Sponsor meetings.

• Proficient in managing multiple studies simultaneously while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to effectively handle study documentation and timelines.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
