Project Manager, Laboratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of project and programme management initiatives

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor concerning ICON services, including daily study oversight

• Participate in and represent ICON during Sponsor meetings

• Administer 10–15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice

• Communicate study updates to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner

• Deliver regular management reports to Sponsors

• Offer ICOLAB support to sponsor staff

• Design and evaluate clinical trials, analyze intricate medical data, and contribute to the development of innovative treatments and therapies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field such as life sciences or healthcare

• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of representing the company at sponsor meetings

• Proficient in managing multiple studies simultaneously while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills for effective study documentation and timeline management

• Substantial experience in project and programme management

• Capability to handle competing priorities and foster team development

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
