This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Strategize, organize, monitor, and supervise intricate projects utilizing cross-functional teams.
• Ensure delivery of specified requirements while achieving the company's strategic goals.
• Support training initiatives and take on responsibilities as the Lead Project Manager.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, which includes assessing requirements, developing project plans and schedules, allocating resources, managing budgets, executing, deploying, and closing projects.
• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management methodologies and tools.
• Contribute to the corporate project management framework and departmental procedures.
• Keep thorough project documentation, such as meeting minutes, action points, issue logs, and risk management strategies.
• Update stakeholders and external agencies on project progress.
• Negotiate resource allocations, address issues, and reduce risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Offer functional and technical expertise across various business and technical domains.
• Evaluate project deliverables for quality, including design documents, testing plans, training resources, and operational documentation.
• Lead and support initiatives related to population health management, PHCO, care management, quality enhancement, and improving member health outcomes.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of project management experience, particularly with department-specific projects.
• Previous experience leading in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large projects, or supervisory roles that include hiring, training, task assignment, and staff performance management.
• Proficient in MS-Office applications.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Preferred background in Population Health Clinical Operations.
• Preferred experience in managed care.
• PMP certification is preferred.
