This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead project teams alongside client leadership to establish project objectives and work plans while achieving goals related to quality, budget, schedule, innovation, and profitability.

• Effectively manage multiple projects and proactively coordinate project tasks based on overall workload.

• Collaborate with the Senior PM or Executive to delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members according to their capacity, skills, and expertise.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules relevant to the project, existing work, and resources at Yellow Brick, offering recommendations for updates based on competing priorities.

• Provide clear guidance and establish expectations for each team member's role, regularly coordinating with team members to clarify these expectations.

• Monitor project progress and offer support and guidance to ensure successful task completion, including providing examples and templates for task execution.

• Manage project budgets, forecasting monthly project hours and expenses; proactively handle peak resource utilization and distribute workload across multiple months as needed.

• Track and submit project deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual timelines.

• Ensure deliverables align with Yellow Brick standards while being tailored to meet client requests.

• Clearly communicate client objectives to team members in an engaging manner.

• Oversee and coordinate reporting on project status during team calls.

• Collaborate with the Yellow Brick Lead Project Manager to establish a risk management process for tracking project risks and concerns while providing recommended solutions.

• Appropriately escalate risks to the Project Executive and suggest resolutions.

• Contribute to project closeout throughout the project's lifecycle by identifying successful elements and areas for improvement, sharing insights with the team.

• Support change management strategies to enhance staff engagement and the adoption of new processes and technologies during the project lifecycle.

• Comprehend contractual obligations to the client and project to ensure the team meets expectations regarding scope of work and required services.

• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices during the project lifecycle, coordinating additional support with relevant Yellow Brick team members as necessary.

• Consistently utilize closed-loop communication to promote effective and efficient dialogue for each project.

• Identify new opportunities and scope of work for Yellow Brick with existing clients and communicate this information to the Project Executive and Yellow Brick leadership team.

• Cultivate, develop, and sustain strong, positive relationships with clients while identifying chances to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

• Conduct research, implement industry best practices, and share findings with the team.

• Create or enhance tools as assigned for Yellow Brick projects and identify new tools or processes suitable for adoption by Yellow Brick.

• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and protocols set by Yellow Brick, CannonDesign, and clients.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding Yellow Brick and CannonDesign property, tools, methods, and company information.

• Perform additional duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise and experience in the industry is required.

• A minimum of three years of healthcare project management or comparable experience is preferred.

• Lean or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience with large-scale projects in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with regulatory agencies and industry standards such as AIA, ACHE, ASHE, TJC, CDPH, OSHPD, CMS, and AAMI is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Visio, Adobe PDF, Illustrator, and other data management software.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and team members.

• Ability to prioritize job duties, assignments, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

• Financial acumen to effectively manage project budgets and organizational resources.

• Capability to remain in a stationary position for up to 90% of the workday.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours occasionally, depending on project requirements.
