Project Manager – Innovation and Tech Transfer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee innovation and development initiatives — starting from the conceptual phase and customer requirements to delivering a market-ready solution.

• Offer strategic and operational guidance to GreenTech startups within the incubator as a mentor.

• Forge and nurture industry partnerships, pilot projects, and strategic alliances.

• Assess the market and commercialization viability of research outcomes.

• Create licensing models, such as SaaS.

• Facilitate digitalization workshops.

• Collaborate on industry and funded projects with partners from both industry and academia.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree, preferably in Technology and Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in startup, innovation, or technology transfer settings.

• An entrepreneurial mindset.

• A proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication and networking abilities with potential clients.

• Proficiency in business-level German.

• A good command of English.
