This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Oversee and guide strategic cross-functional initiatives and programs from their inception to implementation and stabilization.
• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, issue logs, and governance documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to budget constraints and aligning with organizational goals.
• Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, dependency management, and tracking of milestones.
• Recognize risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies, and drive strategies for mitigation and resolution.
• Coordinate communication and decision-making processes among organizational stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of business cases, project intake, requirements gathering, and solution planning.
• Identify opportunities to utilize technology for enhancing customer experience, employee productivity, operational efficiency, and overall business results.
• Advocate for continuous enhancement of project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Support the Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and AI portfolio, as well as cross-functional initiatives across corporate departments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Proven experience with projects across various technologies and functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with resource management practices and change management techniques.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities in managing issues/risks, costs, scope, and schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred experience in supporting infrastructure, cloud, network, data center, or IT operations modernization initiatives.
• Preferred background in retail, omnichannel, or consumer-facing organizations.
• PMP, CSM, Agile certification, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
