Project Manager – Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of creator collaboration initiatives, ensuring alignment among stakeholders while managing collective timelines and deliverables to achieve KPIs.

• Serve as the main point of contact for creators and internal teams, promoting open communication, addressing questions, and managing expectations effectively.

• Work in partnership with various teams including marketing, product, partnerships, and legal to facilitate a smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

• Create and oversee project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to achieve milestones and financial objectives.

• Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and showcasing progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Continuously seek ways to optimize workflows, boost project efficiency, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally within creative, marketing, or technology sectors focusing on influencer marketing projects.

• Proven experience in managing partnerships or collaborations with creators and influencers, effectively bridging the gap between brands and internal sales and marketing teams in a matrix environment.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple timelines, budgets, and resources with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective liaison among stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and levels with varying agendas.

• Proficient in project management tools and software, utilizing them to enhance workflows and team efficiency.

• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and professional English speaking and writing skills are required.

• Must be eligible to work in Taiwan.
