Project Manager – Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous bank implementations with overlapping schedules, tracking dependencies and risks while ensuring projects are completed on time.

• Facilitate client meetings and cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to operational staff, adeptly managing challenging conversations and expectations.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success, to guarantee seamless project execution and transitions after launch.

• Interpret complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while safeguarding your implementation team against scope creep.

• Step in to assist with hands-on configuration and debugging when necessary, ensuring projects proceed smoothly even during resource shortages.

• Document solutions and pinpoint process enhancements to improve future deployments and team efficiency.

• Strategically escalate issues to sales and leadership when additional assistance is required to resolve critical challenges.

• Experience in software implementations or professional services.

• Technical proficiency, with the ability to comprehend platform capabilities and limitations.

• Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Composure under pressure; able to maintain calm when clients are anxious and deadlines are tight.

• Outstanding organizational skills; you thrive on managing task lists and calendars.

• Strong communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A natural problem solver who devises creative solutions within constraints.

• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative without waiting for direction.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and residing within the continental United States.
