Project Manager – Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead or assist in defining project scope in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Establish and enforce quality objectives, criteria, standards, and levels utilizing suitable quality management techniques.

• Develop, communicate, and implement strategies and plans for program/project risk and issue management.

• Provide updates and communicate project status effectively.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and execution of technical projects.

• Address client inquiries regarding urgent issues while ensuring project completion.

• Virtually supervise 1–2 Implementation Manager team members, serving as an escalation point and aiding in issue resolution.

• Assess client challenges, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

• Manage projects with accountability for client satisfaction, delivery quality, and profitability of engagements.

• Evaluate project deliverables to ensure they are complete and suitable.

• Conduct regular reviews of risks and mitigation strategies.

• Promote Artemis by conveying Nomi Health’s mission, products, and value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in project management specifically within software implementation projects, utilizing data and information for business decision-making.

• Familiarity with healthcare data.

• Proven experience in a dynamic, collaborative, and team-oriented project environment.

• Capability to lead and mentor fellow team members.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
