Project Manager – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive implementations autonomously as a Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for sophisticated private market investors.

• Develop, enhance, and educate the team on best practices for implementation.

• Create and maintain implementation documentation to ensure successful client results.

• Monitor customer health and engagement metrics while proactively addressing potential challenges.

• Collaborate with product development teams to design and improve portfolio monitoring and valuation functionalities.

• Partner with clients to optimize data strategies and integrate technology systems.

• Produce high-quality, client-facing materials that articulate complex project requirements.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance implementation and client onboarding processes.

• Work alongside technology and SME teams to develop algorithms and workflows for automating essential tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in professional services within financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or similar fields.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex client projects.

• Familiarity with Private Equity and Private Credit valuation methodologies is highly advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.

• Capacity to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.

• Self-driven with a commitment to ongoing learning, growth, and performance excellence.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.

• Working knowledge of APIs and SQL is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Power BI.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
