This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients on designated projects
• Oversee a portfolio of clinical trials within the Medical Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions team
• Manage client communications, regular teleconferences, and reporting deliverables
• Create project timelines and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate internal cross-functional resources to achieve high-quality, timely project results
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards
• Forecast, monitor, and report revenue; update budgets and contracts as needed
• Employ project management methodologies, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction strategies
• Serve as the client contact and study lead from project initiation to closure
• Develop and execute project plans and timelines during internal and external kick-off meetings
• Create presentations for Investigator Meetings and client-facing engagements; travel to present if necessary
• Escalate issues to management when appropriate
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of revenue forecasting and invoicing
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer teleconferences; keep agendas, minutes, and records up to date
• Revise budgets and contracts and secure approvals for Change Requests
• Generate and maintain Patient and Site Tracking Reports using MS Excel and relevant study databases
• Manage site data queries and resolve data-related issues
• Travel with Business Development for client meetings as requested
• Present both internally and externally on the project portfolio
• Identify and proactively address project risks
• Adhere to internal SOPs and work instructions
• Create and update internal documents and guides, including training materials and SOPs
• Participate in customer audits as requested by Regulatory Affairs
• Supervise Site Management and Reader Management activities
• Achieve or surpass internal Project Management metrics
• Travel may be required up to 20% of the time
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Life Sciences or a related field) or equivalent education/work experience
• At least three years of experience in a customer-focused position
• A desired minimum of one year of experience in a project management role within the clinical trial sector
• Imaging or Cardiac experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Advanced English proficiency is required for business communication
• Prior work experience in an English-speaking environment is mandatory
• Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based
