Project Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and arrange project tasks with the relevant resources.

• Lead the execution to ensure completion within the established timeline.

• Set internal and external expectations while ensuring accountability.

• Prioritize and update tasks effectively for implementation projects.

• Liaise with all departments to guarantee needs are met and timelines adhered to.

• Advance implementation projects in accordance with project specifics.

• Monitor, document, and conclude projects in line with company protocols.

• Assist customers with project-related inquiries and ensure prompt and reliable responses.

• Deliver strong leadership, guidance, and consistent communication to technical teams.

• Employ TaskRay, Microsoft Excel, Project, or other project management software to oversee projects.

• Engage in continual training and professional growth opportunities.

• Oversee software implementation projects from initiation to closure.

• Collaborate with customers, application consultants, technical consultants, and additional resources.

• Supervise the development, resolution, and delivery of digital projects from beginning to end.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of proven project management experience in SaaS software.

• Familiarity with business application processes, ERP software, and accounting practices is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and possessing a proactive mindset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable navigating standard office software with ease.

• Able to independently seek information and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and may require travel.
