This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Strategically plan, organize, monitor, and oversee the execution of complex business implementation projects.
β’ Manage the complete project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, execution, deployment, and project closure.
β’ Employ corporate and industry-standard project management methodologies and tools.
β’ Aid in the establishment and maintenance of corporate project management practices and departmental procedures.
β’ Keep comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue logs, and risk management plans.
β’ Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including written executive summaries.
β’ Negotiate with stakeholders to determine resource allocation, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align with stakeholder expectations and company goals.
β’ Provide functional and technical expertise across various business and technical domains.
β’ Oversee project deliverables for quality assurance, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operational documentation.
β’ Mentor Project Managers I and II.
β’ Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, implementation, or program management.
β’ Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software.
β’ Demonstrated experience in working with and leading diverse teams in matrix-managed environments.
β’ Familiarity with BI tools and processes.
β’ Capable of managing standard functional areas with minimal supervision.
β’ Able to independently lead various facets of a project.
β’ PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is preferred.
