Project Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects, encompassing intricate data and analytics initiatives.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, which include IT, Data & Analytics, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Implement SAFe Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies tailored to project needs.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Track project performance and deliver regular status updates, reports, and presentations to management and key stakeholders.

• Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost estimates, vendor expenses, and invoice approvals.

• Coordinate supplier activities, assess work requests, and supervise work orders and vendor deliverables.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, resolve issues, and support decision-making across business and technology teams.

• Establish and manage project acceptance criteria, coordinate acceptance testing, and ensure deliverables meet both business and technical requirements.

• Oversee project change management activities and maintain precise project documentation.

• Review and authorize project deliverables for quality assurance and alignment with business goals.

• Lead project closure activities, including final documentation and post-implementation reviews.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing project management processes and delivery efficiency.

• Undertake additional project management responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience in IT project management or technology project delivery.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects, including schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating technical teams, business partners, and third-party vendors.

• Preferred experience in supporting data, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise technology initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology Management, or a related field.

• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

• A background in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Information Systems (CIS) is advantageous.

• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Working knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations and management reporting.

• Familiarity with Rally or similar Agile project management platforms.

• Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project scheduling tools.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and performance reporting.

• Foundational SQL knowledge and the ability to collaborate with data-focused technical teams.

• Understanding of project governance, risk management, financial tracking, and resource planning.

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

• Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.

• Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and complex project dependencies.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Capability to work independently and proactively address challenges.

• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic technology landscape.

• Business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
