Project Manager – Fiserv DNA Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee a complex enterprise-level core banking data migration and conversion project.

• Manage product mapping between existing banking products and the new product frameworks.

• Facilitate the consolidation of products, migration strategies, and decisions on new product configurations.

• Lead the planning for data mapping and conversion from field to field.

• Identify dependencies on upstream and downstream systems in collaboration with technology and data teams.

• Develop and oversee plans for data validation, testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance.

• Coordinate mock conversions and rehearsals for the conversion process.

• Monitor conversion defects and drive their resolution.

• Lead the planning for readiness and execution of production cutover.

• Oversee the complete delivery of the migration and conversion workstream.

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision logs.

• Ensure execution from initiation to closure while adhering to governance standards.

• Coordinate efforts among business, technology, data, and vendor teams.

• Provide executive-level updates on project health, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects within a broader transformation initiative.

• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, analysts, consultants, and third-party vendors.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and governance evaluations.

• Manage stakeholder communication strategies and status updates.

• Review project documentation, deliverables, and vendor statements of work.

• Promote accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, invoices, and financial reporting.

• Create and maintain resource plans, schedules, and staffing needs.

• Monitor project performance against objectives and delivery commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology projects in banking, credit unions, or financial services.

• At least 5 years of experience managing core banking conversions, enterprise data migrations, and programs related to mergers, acquisitions, or integrations.

• Proven experience in delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in managing highly complex project plans with numerous cross-functional dependencies.

• Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with the Fiserv DNA Core Banking platform.

• Background in large-scale data migration/data conversion projects.

• Strong project management skills.
