Project Manager – Fiserv DNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee the alignment of legacy banking products with future product structures.

• Facilitate decision-making related to product consolidation, migration strategies, and the configuration of new products.

• Direct field-to-field data mapping and develop conversion plans.

• Identify upstream and downstream system dependencies in collaboration with technology and data teams.

• Create and manage plans for data validation, testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance.

• Organize mock conversions and rehearsals for conversion processes.

• Monitor conversion defects and lead remediation efforts.

• Supervise readiness planning and execution of production cutover.

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of the core banking conversion and data migration workstream.

• Manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision logs.

• Ensure effective execution from initiation to closure while adhering to governance standards.

• Coordinate efforts among business, technology, data, and vendor teams.

• Provide executive-level updates regarding project health, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives as part of a larger transformation program.

• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, analysts, consultants, and third-party vendors.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and reviews of project governance.

• Manage stakeholder communication strategies and project status updates.

• Review project documentation, deliverables, and vendor statements of work.

• Promote accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, invoices, and financial reporting.

• Develop and maintain resource plans, schedules, and staffing needs.

• Track project performance against objectives and delivery commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale technology initiatives within banking, credit unions, or financial services.

• 5+ years of experience in managing core banking conversions, enterprise data migrations, and programs related to mergers, acquisitions, or integrations.

• Proven experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate project plans with numerous cross-functional dependencies.

• Strong background in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with the Fiserv DNA Core Banking platform.

• Experience in large-scale data migration and conversion projects.
