Project Manager II – RPO Implementation

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the implementation processes for clients ranging from small to medium scale.

β€’ Analyze and assess client needs to establish the initial project scope and formulate project plans.

β€’ Ensure client satisfaction through proactive follow-up, responsiveness, and clear communication.

β€’ Manage client expectations while nurturing relationships throughout the implementation and stabilization phases.

β€’ Assist team members in client engagements when necessary.

β€’ Coordinate and address client-related issues promptly.

β€’ Adhere to the scope defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and manage any instances of scope creep.

β€’ Develop and oversee project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.

β€’ Collaborate with functional area leaders and workstream owners to coordinate efforts.

β€’ Monitor and report on the status of projects and any arising issues.

β€’ Conduct online meetings and conference calls to onboard new clients and manage new partnerships effectively.

β€’ Provide clients with comprehensive implementation plans that include project schedules, work plans, risk analyses, communication documents, and training plans.

β€’ Create and revise documents and deliverables essential for delivering outstanding services and conveying project plans.

β€’ Support updates to implementation deliverables for new process rollouts.

β€’ Offer regular project updates to stakeholders regarding strategies, adjustments, and overall progress.

β€’ Assist with process and change management activities as needed.

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

β€’ Professional project management certification or accreditation, such as PMP or Prince 2, is preferred.

β€’ Required: 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.

β€’ Required: 3–5 years of experience in project management.

β€’ Required: General knowledge of the recruitment industry and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ Business and technical acumen, with a strong attention to detail and effective implementation management skills.

β€’ Previous experience in project management and leadership with a strong focus on processes.

β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and technological skills.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other project management software.

β€’ Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, along with high emotional intelligence.

β€’ Ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
