Project Manager II – Member Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, manage, and supervise projects through cross-functional teams to achieve specified requirements and fulfill strategic goals

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, execution, deployment, and project closure

• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management methodologies and tools

• Support the establishment and upkeep of corporate project management methodologies and departmental protocols

• Keep comprehensive project documentation, such as meeting minutes, action items, issue logs, and risk management plans

• Update all stakeholders on project progress

• Engage in negotiations with stakeholders to secure resources, address issues, and reduce risks

• Organize cross-functional meetings across various departments

• Provide both functional and technical expertise across a range of business and technical domains

• Supervise project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation

• Generate and disseminate milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and metrics for departmental success

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Over 3 years of experience in project management

• Demonstrated experience in working with and leading diverse teams and matrix-managed environments

• Skilled in the use of project management tools

• Proficient in MS-Project or similar project management software

• Competent in MS-Office applications

• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
