This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.
• Oversee interdisciplinary clinical research projects in the role of project manager.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, applicable SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Company and the Customer.
• Guarantee timely initiation, execution, and completion of studies.
• Lead project teams to effectively manage quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee the financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate with study conduct partners and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure accountability for all project deliverables.
• Maintain the quality and completeness of the Trial Master File (TMF).
• Keep study information updated in relevant databases and systems.
• Manage readiness for inspections related to study conduct.
• Supervise the formulation and execution of project plans.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead both internal and external meetings.
• Prepare project management reports for clients and upper management.
• Create contingency plans and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Build client relationships to foster future business opportunities.
• Participate in bid defense meetings when considered as a potential project manager.
• May oversee project management team members and clinical monitoring staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience in clinical research organizations (CRO) and relevant therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other pertinent regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong capability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Direct expertise in therapeutic areas.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Availability to travel as required (approximately 25%).
