This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the implementation of Payscale’s compensation management software across the UK, Canada, North America, and Australia.
• Lead, inspire, and manage teams located in various geographic areas.
• Communicate the progress of projects and take responsibility for successful delivery.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans that align with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and detailed project management information.
• Identify and handle risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies, taking ownership or escalating as necessary.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within projects.
• Support initiatives aimed at process enhancement and identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Engage in the project management community, team discussions, and central improvement efforts.
• Disseminate best practices and lessons learned from experiences.
• Holder of a degree (preferred).
• Completion of formal project management training (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and management skills.
• Significant experience in change management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within a global organization.
• Demonstrated experience in project delivery and process enhancement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• High-speed broadband or fiber internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps for remote work.
• A dedicated workspace with a reliable Wi-Fi signal.
