This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute projects of varying complexities independently.

• Organize and supervise engineers to ensure that milestones, timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards are achieved.

• Participate in and contribute to client meetings, including daily commissioning and weekly design discussions, as needed to support the project.

• Manage projects effectively regarding scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

• Ensure that project milestones are successfully achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• Over 1 year of direct experience in an engineering or new construction project management role, covering all aspects of process development and execution, OR more than 3 years of assistant project management or project engineering experience supporting the project manager in all project facets.

• A proven history of effectively coordinating a team of engineers across various projects.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, handle setbacks, and deliver projects on schedule.
