This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Successfully onboard clients and new populations leveraging agile methodologies, change management, process leadership, and best practices from the acquisition team.
• Develop, uphold, and modify work schedules in a compelling and organized manner to ensure project alignment.
• Utilize strong influencing capabilities to promote adherence to schedules, ownership of tasks, and timely completion of project deliverables.
• Engage in effective communication with leaders, fellow Solvers, Clients, and Brokers through emails, status updates, work schedules, meetings, and other suitable channels.
• Identify, predict, and manage risk areas through action plans, contingency plans, status updates, and escalations to devise and implement solutions.
• Achieve KPI targets as set forth at BSC and in Quality and Improvement.
• Facilitate project completion on schedule, within scope, and aligned with measurable objectives.
• Foster a high-functioning project team atmosphere by clarifying expectations, reinforcing ownership, and promoting timely decision-making.
• Utilize approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot where accessible, to enhance efficiency in drafting project communications, summarizing meetings, organizing action items, and pinpointing potential gaps requiring human review or follow-up.
• Generate and sustain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Client Delight Plans, meeting agendas/minutes/action plans, transition or handoff notes, risk/action logs, and acquisition-related tracking materials.
• Identify action plans for efficiency and effectiveness based on capacity, work management, project data, and recurring risk patterns.
• Direct work management and resource planning strategies to illustrate resource needs, capacity, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency reporting.
• Maintain project plans and project-related information in the work management system with precise, timely, and actionable updates.
• Validate outputs generated by AI for accuracy, completeness, tone, and appropriate usage before dissemination or reliance for decision-making.
• Implement best-practice reports and action plans from other organizations, PMP, Scrum, and internal departments to enhance acquisition team delivery.
• Prepare presentations, articles, blogs, or other materials to share insights internally and externally as appropriate.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable acquisition team playbooks, templates, and process improvements that facilitate scalability and role advancement.
• Support teammates' growth by sharing knowledge, reinforcing standards, and providing feedback to assist the team in achieving client onboarding to BSC and Client standards.
• May undertake additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience; experience in acquisition, implementation, client onboarding, benefits administration, or cross-functional delivery is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Preferred experience includes client onboarding or acquisition integration within benefits administration.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational abilities with the capacity to utilize data, capacity indicators, and work management information to identify risks, bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear status updates, document action plans, and convey project expectations to Clients, Brokers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to operate within tight delivery timelines while managing shifting priorities, schedule modifications, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and in-house work management/project management systems.
• Preferred proficiency using Microsoft Copilot and/or other approved AI tools to assist with project documentation, meeting notes, action item tracking, reporting, process enhancement, and risk identification while ensuring accuracy and adhering to company data/privacy standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams with successful outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Experience in defining and documenting processes and supporting continuous improvement through process measurement, reporting, and metrics.
• This role serves as an entry point in the GOAT Project Manager career path. Successful performance should enhance the acquisition delivery discipline, communication maturity, risk management, documentation quality, and business acumen necessary to advance toward Project Manager II and Project Manager III roles.
