Project Manager, HR Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HR technology projects, encompassing HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation.

• Act as the vital link among People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors.

• Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications.

• Develop and sustain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and communications with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the People Operations and Systems team to handle the configuration, testing, and deployment of new tools and workflows.

• Lead efforts in process documentation and change management to guarantee lasting adoption throughout the organization.

• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in existing HR operations and proactively recommend solutions through process enhancements, automation, and AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 2 years within an HR or People Operations environment.

• Practical experience with HRIS platforms (preferably UKG Pro, Workday, or similar).

• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty in a rapid, scaling environment.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to simplify technical complexities for non-technical stakeholders.

• PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in Mexico.

• Must be a Mexican national.
