This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate closely with scientific project leaders and cross-functional team members in areas such as evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modeling.
• Accountable for comprehensive project management, which includes planning, resource allocation, timeline creation, progress monitoring, risk assessment, and delivery oversight.
• Facilitate or lead discussions regarding project management, and prepare as well as maintain project plans, timelines, and reports.
• Ensure effective communication regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and actions, while keeping track of scope changes.
• Organize internal workflows, promote alignment across various disciplines, document decisions and actions, and assist in monitoring and evaluating established processes and milestones.
• Aid in strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization, collaborating with senior leadership to balance competing demands and enhance resource allocation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or similar fields.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Background in a client-facing role, supporting or leading project management communications.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
