This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Comprehensive project management from start to finish, involving planning, resource allocation, timeline creation, progress monitoring, risk assessment, and oversight of delivery across individual projects and work portfolios (with a focus on the JCA program).
• Facilitate or lead project management discussions, prepare and sustain project plans, timelines, and reports, while ensuring transparent communication regarding status, risks, dependencies, and necessary actions.
• Oversee scope modifications and manage the change order processes, meticulously documenting their effects on timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Organize internal workflows, fostering alignment across various disciplines, recording decisions and actions, and aiding in the monitoring and evaluation of established processes and milestones.
• Play an essential role in guaranteeing timely delivery, assisting with financial and scope tracking, and promptly escalating risks or resource challenges to project leadership.
• Create and uphold standardized project management tools and templates, ensuring the consistent application of best practices across projects and teams.
• Assist in proposal development and study initiation activities, which include timeline creation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or similar fields.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects involving numerous stakeholders.
• Experience in a client-facing role, facilitating or leading project management communications.
• Strong skills in organization, planning, and time management, with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
