This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee HTM deployment timelines, site interdependencies, equipment and interface readiness, testing procedures, and go-live arrangements across various VA facilities.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, decisions, and action items; assess how unresolved issues might impact ongoing work or deployment preparedness.
• Collaborate with facility HTM, clinical teams, Oracle Health, vendors, and program stakeholders to clarify responsibilities, deliverables, and milestone progress.
• Engage in technical and operational dialogues, pose targeted follow-up questions, and ensure issues are tracked until resolved.
• Raise concerns with a detailed explanation of the issue, potential consequences, required decisions, and subsequent steps.
• Create status reports, executive summaries, briefings, and documentation for meetings.
• Assist in planning and coordination throughout readiness, testing, deployment, and follow-up after deployment.
• Operate within relevant VHA protocols, federal regulations, and healthcare technology standards.
• Travel approximately once every two months for about a week.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a suitable equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Recent hands-on experience in a hospital HTM department, medical device or imaging company, healthcare technology deployment, or a similar field-based setting.
• Proven experience in coordinating projects or complex tasks across technical, clinical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
• Familiarity with medical devices and facility HTM operations sufficient to comprehend the tracked work and identify readiness issues.
• Capability to discern the project implications of technical challenges and communicate them effectively to technical teams and leadership.
• Strong organizational abilities, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance.
