Project Manager – Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will oversee projects from the initial planning stage through to execution, collaborating closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to guarantee successful outcomes.

• You will have a pivotal role in managing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, assisting teams in overcoming challenges and maintaining progress.

• Reporting to senior project management leadership, you will aid in the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs and projects.

• You will create project plans, timelines, and workflows, working in tandem with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, budgets, and deliverables.

• You will lead internal meetings, handle project status communications, and supervise workflow processes from kickoff to final delivery.

• Furthermore, you will track project progress, identify potential risks, and help keep projects on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, encompassing project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Experience in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools.

• Excellent meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to identify risks, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion.
