This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Assist program managers, energy specialists, contractors, and clients in relation to energy efficiency utility initiatives.
• Manage projects through to completion while ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
• Ensure the accuracy of information by engaging with internal and external clients, contractors, and program personnel.
• Confirm the eligibility of energy-efficient products for incentives through database research.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to evaluate project inspection reports.
• Update and maintain well-organized project tracking records and reports, including comprehensive status notes.
• Address inquiries from contractors, customers, and program staff via chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate with program participants and stakeholders to gather essential project information.
• Execute additional duties and special projects as needed.
• Participate in occasional travel as required.
• Dependability, meticulousness, responsiveness, and precise and timely communication.

• Competence in Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Salesforce and Monday.com is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using general office equipment.
• Basic mathematical proficiency.
• Must be capable of reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Ability to utilize databases for reporting and precise data entry.
• An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, or significant coursework completed, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the energy efficiency sector and/or utility incentive programs is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a technically oriented, administrative, or customer service capacity.
• Prior experience working with CRM systems, project management software, or Salesforce databases.
• Experience managing multiple clients and programs across various locations.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must successfully undergo a pre-employment background check.
• Reliable internet connection.

• Availability for occasional evening and early morning meetings and events.
• Occasional travel of 1-2 days may be required.
