This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and supply chains, to ensure project compliance.
• Evaluate, monitor, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent scheduling delays.
• Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are in place.
• Implement best practices across all projects.
• Generate formal project status updates and any other necessary reports.
• Supervise multiple construction projects to guarantee adherence to approved design standards.
• Manage supplier interactions through monthly tracking and weekly reviews.
• Facilitate the flow of project information through regular meetings and written communications.
• Anticipate and update key project milestones and budgets accordingly.
• Oversee and monitor local design teams based on commission criteria.
• Provide technical assistance to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to field Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Offer expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability advice.
• Independently assess status reports, drawing submissions, timelines, and costs.
• Assist in client management and build relationships to enhance new opportunities.
• Guide project teams on strategies to fulfill client and business objectives.
• Document key project information and insights.
• Identify enhancements to internal systems and processes.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related construction field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Strong organizational and management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the wider team.
• Proficient presentation skills.
• Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in healthcare construction is preferred.
• Capability to comply with SOX control responsibilities when applicable.
• Willingness to meet on-site presence requirements as client demands evolve.
