This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee various projects, encompassing new installations and modifications to current buildings.
• Act as the main liaison for clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Create project scopes, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and performance.
• Guarantee adherence to NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and company safety protocols.
• Organize material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and field service dispatch.
• Keep precise project documentation.
• Address technical issues and suggest solutions for system shortcomings.
• Assist sales by pinpointing opportunities and offering recommendations.
• Ensure prompt billing and help resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Foster and uphold a safe working environment.
• Engage in business development through sales calls, networking, and market insights.
• Perform site surveys to assess customer needs and deliver technical education.
• Provide training on new systems upon their introduction.
• Attend annual continuing education sessions.
• Read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
• Carry out other assigned tasks.
• At least 5 years of experience in the fire protection sector, particularly with sprinkler systems.
• Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in a service-oriented setting.
• NICET Level II or above in Water-Based Systems (preferred).
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) are highly valued.
• Skilled in project management and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
• RoadDogJobs Per Diem (daily amount).
• 50 hours of work per week.
