This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Execute projects within the Festival Operations portfolio.
• Oversee workstreams related to production and infrastructure.
• Establish and nurture supplier relationships.
• Discover new commercial opportunities.
• Assist in negotiating and managing ongoing supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with event teams to deliver projects in a cooperative manner.
• Promote cost efficiencies, operational enhancements, and sustainability initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and organize project-related data.
• Handle meeting administration, track actions, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct regular meetings with Live Nation departments and external suppliers.
• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of production-related workstreams.
• Investigate supplier opportunities and aid in forming commercial agreements and rate contracts.
• Supervise supplier agreements, ongoing deals, rates, contract conditions, and service standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for production and site/infrastructure suppliers, addressing queries as needed.
• Monitor supplier performance, deliverables, issues, and resolutions.
• Work closely with event teams and participate in site visits as necessary.
• Assist in sustainability, efficiency, procurement, and supplier engagement efforts.
• Prepare project documentation, action trackers, meeting agendas, notes, and post-project evaluations.
• Support project governance, stakeholder updates, and tracking of deadlines.
• Aid in legal and contractual documentation processes.
• Coordinate administrative implementation of IT solutions and initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Facilitate process improvements and cost-effectiveness in operations.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and records of project data.
• Manage commercially sensitive information with discretion.
• Undertake additional projects across the Festival Operations portfolio.
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the live events sector.
• Strong comprehension of the festival and outdoor event industry.
• Preferred knowledge of festival and outdoor event management, including team structures, processes, procedures, design, capacities, and methodologies.
• Excellent task management skills.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and disciplined, with outstanding attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional demeanor, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to exhibit integrity, communicate effectively, work collaboratively in a team, proactively seek solutions, challenge inefficient processes, maintain enthusiasm, adapt to change, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Willingness to work full-time, including additional weekends and evenings as necessary.
• Ability to travel throughout the UK and Ireland.
