This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee several Facility Condition Assessment contracts, ensuring that the work aligns with the defined contract scope.
• Direct and mentor teams conducting visual evaluations of real property.
• Assess the operating efficiency, capacity, and remaining lifespan of facilities.
• Act as Site Lead, providing oversight, mentorship, and quality control for junior assessors.
• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, up to 50%, to conduct field assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment.
• Create, validate, and revise assessment work plans that align with CMMS–Facilities Management systems.
• Produce and review comprehensive facility condition reports that include engineering-based maintenance and sustainment recommendations.
• Serve as the technical liaison for FCA platforms, ensuring consistency, precision, and compliance with program standards.
• Assist leadership and clients with infrastructure investment planning and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with proposal, marketing, and cross-functional teams to provide technical insights for business development.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, industry, and company regulations and standards.
• Organize pre-site meetings, data collection, software validation, and travel arrangements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering or construction management program, or 10+ years of technical experience with Real Property Systems and facility components.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading Facility Condition Assessment programs.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities, with the ability to mentor junior assessors.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating infrastructure conditions.
• Capability to manage and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in report generation and client presentations.
• Strong time management abilities and capability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility condition assessment software.
• Proven experience in producing engineering-based recommendations and comprehensive reports.
• Familiarity with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) procedures.
• Preferred certifications include PE, PMP, CCM, LEED AP, CPC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be a US citizen due to contract stipulations.
