Project Manager – ERP Transformation Program, Oracle Fusion Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Directly report to the IT Program Director while providing operational support to the leadership team.

• Ensure a cohesive, cross-functional perspective on the ERP/EPM transformation initiative transitioning from SAP ECC / BFC / Anaplan to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Monitor progress across various streams, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Manage the program schedule and resource workload plan, highlighting any variances.

• Develop and maintain capacity plans that encompass forecasted workloads, team availability, integrator resources, and peak operational periods.

• Oversee actual resource utilization in comparison to the capacity plan.

• Define and refine executive KPIs and prepare corresponding dashboards.

• Create materials for status committees and governance boards.

• Maintain a consolidated view of JIRA defects, which includes triage, prioritization, assignment, and defect metrics.

• Manage the program risk register, formalize action plans, and oversee their execution.

• Aggregate, verify, and convert data from Scrum Masters and Stream Leads into materials for decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the operational delivery of IT programs or within a PMO role.

• Preferred experience in the ERP domain; familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud is a significant advantage.

• Solid understanding of ERP testing cycles, encompassing SIT, UAT, and cutover testing.

• Experience in coordinating testing campaigns across multi-team settings.

• Proven track record in consolidating testing progress, monitoring execution and efficacy metrics, and tracking phase exit criteria.

• Practical experience in developing and managing capacity/workload plans.

• Capability to define KPIs, generate reports, and prepare presentation materials for governance meetings.

• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Power BI is highly desirable.
