This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Engage in every stage of the design process for electrical distribution systems.

• Supervise the distribution design workflow from project hand-off through to construction completion.

• Manage quality assurance/quality control and training initiatives.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate specific projects.

• Ensure that project objectives and goals are met within established timeframes and budget constraints.

• Coordinate field operations, design activities, and project tasks.

• Address the needs of both internal and external customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5-7 years of experience in construction management, engineering, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in coordinating field operations, quality assurance/quality control, training, and design processes.

• Familiarity with GE Smallworld, SAP, or comparable utility design and work management systems is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.

• Capability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

• Approximately 25% of work will be in the field, with the remaining 75% based in the office.

• Limited overnight travel; occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
