Project Manager – Embedded Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution to guarantee timely delivery within budget constraints and quality standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and serve as a reliable delivery partner.

• Recognize business opportunities and assist in account expansion through proactive communication and exceptional delivery.

• Customize project management strategies and delivery models based on customer and project requirements.

• Manage project portfolios, proactively identify risks, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

• Lead diverse and cross-functional teams in a cooperative environment.

• Execute people management tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention.

• Promote continuous process enhancement and adopt best practices in project delivery and operational management.

• Encourage and facilitate AI adoption practices across applicable projects.

• Ensure effective communication among technical teams, management, and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in project management.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement.

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with cross-cultural and distributed teams.

• Practical experience in driving AI-related initiatives or adoption practices within projects.

• Capability to manage multiple streams and priorities concurrently.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or above.

• Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.

• Experience managing embedded software or hardware-related projects is a plus.

• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are advantageous.
