📋 Description

• Interact with customers to gain insights into their business requirements and expectations.

• Clearly articulate customer requirements to the solutions delivery team.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the OneReach.ai platform.

• Create pre-sales demonstrations.

• Keep client proposals current throughout all phases of the project.

• Organize, prioritize, and coordinate project development tasks.

• Oversee daily development tasks across various projects.

• Ensure that all project documentation is thorough and precise.

• Compile product information from multiple sources into comprehensive technical documentation and proposals.

• Track and manage project costs, schedules, and profitability margins.

• Align priorities, timelines, budgets, and daily project operations across multiple projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in client-facing management positions such as Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or IT Product Ownership.

• More than 2 years of experience in QA or Development roles.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.

• Proficient in business English.

• A critical and creative thinker with a proven ability to convert business visions into actionable technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.

• Experience in project management within a contemporary software environment, including technical projects.

• Residing in Poland on a permanent or long-term basis.

• Currently registered as a sole proprietor or self-employed in Poland.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is a plus.

• Practical experience with REST APIs is a plus.

• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions is advantageous.

• Previous experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
