Project Manager, Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical planning and execution of Digital O.R. audio/video solutions and intraoperative imaging initiatives, focusing on the EMEA region.

• Lead all phases of projects from purchase order through technical clarifications, site preparation, shipment/delivery, installation, clinical use release, and end-user training within set timelines.

• Provide technical assistance to the Sales team, including quote evaluations and site-specific layouts.

• Prepare initial technical diagrams, encompassing video routine layouts and custom video signal transfers.

• Produce detailed spatial drawings that incorporate site limitations, standards, procedures, and workflows.

• Cultivate professional relationships with on-site project stakeholders, such as biomedical engineers, surgeons, nurses, radioprotection representatives, hospital planners, architects, contractors, suppliers, electricians, IT technicians, and purchasing agents.

• Coordinate internally with order processing, production planning, export, installation specialists, support, and educational teams.

• Conduct feasibility assessments for new hospital operating room spaces.

• Create operating room design concepts that integrate Brainlab solutions.

• Manage project planning, coordination, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, project ownership, and representation of Brainlab to external partners.

• Collaborate closely with clients and third-party vendors.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in engineering, construction, IT, or a project management certification.

• At least 2 years of experience in medical business projects, including project management.

• Strong technical knowledge combined with interpersonal and administrative skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French is a significant advantage.
