Project Manager – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate the delivery process across various teams and stakeholders.

• Assist in the planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives that span multiple functions.

• Monitor dependencies, obstacles, risks, and team capacity while proactively addressing any delivery challenges.

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to ensure clarity in priorities, ownership, and expectations.

• Discover opportunities to enhance delivery workflows tailored to team requirements and business context.

• Facilitate effective communication among teams, helping to align priorities and resolve issues related to delivery.

• Manage the delivery process comprehensively, from understanding goals and dependencies to ensuring successful implementation.

• Work in partnership with a 30+ member Analytics department, various teams, Team Leads, and stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager within a product-focused environment.

• Experience managing multiple teams or engaging in cross-functional projects.

• Background in a dynamic product setting with shifting priorities and inter-team dependencies.

• Strong understanding of planning, prioritization, capacity, scope, risk, and dependency management.

• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Ability to provide concrete examples of delivery or process enhancements that you have personally initiated, along with their impact.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capability to tailor approaches to various teams and individuals.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving initiatives to completion.

• Demonstrated proactivity, ownership, attention to detail, and comprehension of the business context.

• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with development or analytics teams.

• Nice to have: Background in iGaming, Gaming, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

• Nice to have: Experience in refining or establishing delivery processes or implementing workflow automation.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with delivery metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, Burn-down, or Burn-up.
