Project Manager – Delivery, AI Adoption

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, oversee, and finalize projects of moderate to high complexity.

• Create and maintain project documentation, which includes charters, plans, backlogs, and status reports.

• Manage requirements, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality assurance.

• Organize resources, assign tasks, monitor performance, resolve conflicts, and inspire teams.

• Ensure quality through demonstrations, reviews, engineering practices, and ongoing improvements.

• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and assist in sales initiatives.

• Mentor team members and engage in recruitment activities.

• Lead the adoption of AI throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and serve as an AI Champion.

• Conduct proof-of-concept projects with innovative AI tools and technologies.

• Advocate for responsible and effective AI implementation, educate stakeholders, promote best practices, address concerns, and drive AI-fueled transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Services.

• Demonstrated success in managing fixed-price projects.

• Experience in pre-sales activities.

• Background in managing diverse teams within remote or hybrid environments.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Trello.

• Experience with budget tracking for fixed-price contracts.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proven experience in driving AI adoption throughout the SDLC by integrating AI tools and methodologies.

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
