Project Manager – Data Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Coordinate internal resources as well as third-party vendors to ensure the seamless execution of various projects.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

• Establish project scope and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and confirm technical feasibility.

• Ensure resource availability and proper allocation.

• Create detailed project plans and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage adjustments to scope, schedule, and costs utilizing suitable verification techniques.

• Assess project performance through project management tools and methodologies.

• Report to management and escalate issues as necessary.

• Cultivate client and stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Undertake risk management activities.

• Build and sustain relationships with third parties and vendors.

• Generate and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Meet with clients to gather project briefs and clarify requirements.

• Assign tasks based on the strengths, skill sets, and experiences of junior staff.

• Monitor project performance and evaluate the achievement of both short- and long-term goals.

• Meet financial objectives and modify project constraints based on budgetary analysis.

• Develop project plans tailored to clients and staff needs.

• Attend conferences and training sessions as necessary.

• Create spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project requirements.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated experience in project management.

• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid organizational capabilities, including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking proficiency.

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with project management software tools.
