Project Manager, Credit Union

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Offer project management assistance for enterprise data-driven initiatives

• Organize and monitor project activities, milestones, risks, and interdependencies

• Facilitate user adoption and change management strategies for new processes and reporting solutions

• Oversee report migration projects and track progress relative to timelines

• Manage project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and action items

• Foster cross-functional communication among business and technical stakeholders

• Aid in issue resolution and risk management efforts

• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the financial services or banking sector

• Background in supporting data-centric programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Proficient in tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in project management

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities

• Experience in supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives

• Prior involvement with user adoption or organizational change projects

• Experience within a PMO or large enterprise environment
