Project Manager – Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the central communication and coordination point between account team members and clients.

• Oversee and deliver digital marketing solutions from concept to completion.

• Handle multiple simultaneous accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional team members utilizing Asana and various communication channels.

• Develop and implement deliverable plans, adjusting them as necessary based on evolving needs.

• Manage scope, risks, schedules, quality, and communication with stakeholders.

• Assist in account meetings by providing recaps, action items, Asana assignments, and follow-up tasks.

• Assess new work requests, pinpoint resources, delegate responsibilities, and schedule action items accordingly.

• Offer regular updates on progress to internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Conduct risk management and proactively escalate issues as they arise.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and potential solutions.

• Report to the Client Experience team and receive assistance from the Project Management Office.

• Ensure the timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading projects and supporting client deliverables within a digital marketing agency setting.

• Strong command of Asana as a work management platform.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, and Analytics.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced settings and adapt to change.

• A professional demeanor with experience in conflict management and mediation.

• Capability to effectively guide teams in prioritizing tasks and executing them, while managing multiple projects under pressure.

• Exceptional diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong organizational, time management, business ethics, and political awareness abilities.

• Flexible problem-solving skills and a willingness to embrace organizational change.
