Project Manager, Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple active accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional team members utilizing Asana and various communication channels.

• Develop and implement deliverable plans, adjusting them as necessary to meet evolving needs and requirements.

• Manage the scope, risk, schedule, quality, and communication with stakeholders regarding deliverables.

• Assist in account calls by providing comprehensive recaps, outlining action items, assigning tasks in Asana, and ensuring follow-up.

• Assess new work requests, determine required resources, allocate responsibilities, and organize action item schedules.

• Deliver regular progress updates and reports to both internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Execute risk management practices and escalate issues within the account team as needed.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and propose potential solutions.

• Guarantee timely delivery of digital marketing deliverables.

• Implement project management best practices across supported accounts.

• Facilitate communication between clients and account teams regarding the status of projects and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading projects and supporting client deliverables within a digital marketing agency setting.

• Strong expertise in using Asana as a work management tool.

• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Familiarity with digital marketing topics, including SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, and Analytics.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and adapt to change.

• A professional demeanor with comfort in conflict management and mediation.

• Capability to guide teams in prioritizing tasks and executing them while managing multiple projects under pressure.

• Exceptional diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Process-oriented, highly organized, and methodical, demonstrating excellent time management, strong business ethics, and political insight.

• A flexible problem-solving mindset and willingness to engage in and advocate for organizational change.

• A self-motivated individual who can think independently and work autonomously.
