Project Manager – Contractor Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and financial budgets.

• Act as a liaison between engineers and stakeholders regarding project schedules.

• Monitor risks and dependencies proactively to prevent issues from arising.

• Facilitate coordination among vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Maintain clear, up-to-date, and valuable project status reports.

• Lead steering committee meetings and other significant interactions.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders from both technical and business sectors.

• Function as the central communication point, conveying updates, risks, and decisions to the relevant audiences.

• Organize project teams, schedules, duties, resource needs, budgets, and reporting mechanisms.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and incorporate vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Capability to apply extensive knowledge and a solid understanding of concepts, principles, and technical skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects with a broad scope.

• Proficiency in developing technical solutions for a diverse array of challenging problems.

• Capacity to work independently with general guidance on new projects.
