Project Manager – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide projects from their initial stages through to completion while adhering to established timelines and budget constraints.

• Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Inspire and lead project teams effectively.

• Create project plans, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address risks and issues.

• Manage project finances and deliver precise cost projections.

• Enforce quality control protocols.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and champion continuous enhancement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, ideally within the real estate or construction sectors.

• Expertise in project management software.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for forging and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and encourage project teams.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple projects at once.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
