This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of New System Projects from the point of turnover to the closeout stage.
• Assist customers in navigating the transition from Sales to Project Management.
• Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive project schedules and key milestones.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Provide mentorship to Assistant Project Managers regarding submittals and closeout documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to facilitate project buy-out processes.
• Manage relationships with jobsite foremen to ensure precise cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Generate monthly invoices and carry out monthly financial forecasts.
• Conduct biweekly reviews of job costs and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate the efforts of subcontractors and vendors along critical paths.
• Monitor jobsite safety and guarantee compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Comply with IIAR rules, regulations, and piping standards.
• Attend weekly meetings with customers/general contractors and manpower discussions.
• Assist in the transition of new projects into ongoing Preventive Maintenance Agreements.
• A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, ideally in Ammonia Refrigeration.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and trade skills.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and leading project teams.
• Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Primarily a field-based position with exposure to loud environments, moving mechanical parts, outdoor conditions, and occasional extreme temperatures.
• Travel is required for about one-third of the working time.
